1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

The return request is made within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused and in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Used or damaged products (caused by customer)

Products returned without valid reason

Items purchased under special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified

Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or UPI

Customers must provide correct payment details for refund processing

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time:

Check your bank account again

Contact your bank/payment provider

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
